Affordable Tuition and Financial Assistance On average, Erie 1 BOCES’ job training tuition costs 50% less than similar programs offered by local colleges. Students may be eligible to receive funding through: ACCES-VR, Buffalo Employment and Training Center (BETC), CSEA, ECC One Stop, Niagara Employment and Training, SEIU Local 1199, and Veterans Benefits. Various State and Federal grants are also available as well as Direct or Private Student Loans.
