TECHNOLOGYSTA file synchronization

� Several problems in synchronization with .STA files have been fixed.

Import / export corrections

� Advance Design can start automatically after an export.

� IFC files from Revit Architecture are imported without problems.

� Corrected some import problems of GTC files from Arche Reinforcement modules.

� GTC Arche link is available for all rebar standards.

� 3D solids bound to structural members are exported to ACIS .dwg files.

Multi user database improvements

� The grid axes length is stored in the multi-user database.

� Simultaneous check-in in a multi-user database works corectly.

File saving improvements

� Significantly improved the file saving speed.

� Corrected some DXF file save/load problems.

� Fixed the “Hit Enter or Retry” unexpected message that occasionally prevented saves.

Toolbars display

� Advance Concrete toolbars are loaded correctly when starting the program by double-clicking a .dwg file.

� Toolbars become more permissive depending on the license configuration (PROFESSIONAL, STANDARD, PREMIUM).

Others

� The concrete grade parameters in material libraries have been reviewed.

� Fixed memory leak on custom bar shape definition command.

� The Advance Concrete License Config.ini file can be used correctly.

� The AutoCAD “Redo” command can be used in Advance Concrete.

� The e-Transmit command works when a layout is active.

Return borrowed license

� The user has the option to return borrowed licenses earlier.

Material manager improvements

� Corrected an error in naming the new concrete grades exported from the material manager on AutoCAD 2006.

� The material manager displays the concrete volume in cubic meters or feet.

MODELINGSlab openings

� Some slab openings were not visible in shade mode and calculated views. This problem has been fixed.

Orbit visualization

� The program no longer hangs during an Orbit operation.

Hide & Isolate command improvements

� Improved speed when activating the Hide & Isolate commands.

� Hide & Isolate commands no longer affect the drawing order.

Level height

� No minor variations in level heights (0.01 mm).

CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGSDrawings update

� Drawings are invalidated by changes in the representation styles.

Structural elements representation in views

� The piles are correctly represented in section views.

� The intersections between the structural elements are correctly represented in planviews.

3D solids in plan views

� Structural elements converted from 3D solids are displayed in plan viewsaccording to the representation style. The hatch is taken into account.

� Labels can be placed on structural members created from 3D solids.

Level dimension

� Several problems in the level dimension 'symbol representation' have been solved.

� The altitude labels always display the trailing zeroes.

Associative dimension improvement

� Associative dimensions work correctly on views calculated from external references.

� No more errors when creating associative dimensions on walls created from 3D solids

Point by point dimension

� The point by point dimension keeps the exponent.

Sections and elevations

� The drawing order was incorrect in sections and elevations with a broken back cut offplan. This has been fixed.

REINFORCEMENT DRAWINGS3D power

� The 3D power activation option is available for the reinforcement views.

3D viewer & clash detection improvements

� Fixed memory leaks on the “3D Viewer” and “Clash detection” tool.

� Improved clash detection for circular frames.

� The 3D viewer has been improved. It can display bars varying in two directions.

Sections in reinforcement drawings

� Simpler section names and section lines representation in reinforcement details

New bar shape code

� A special bar shape code (99) was added to all shape libraries.

Bar snap points

� Reinforcement bars snap points correction.

New bar representation styles

� New bar representation styles are available in the Representation styles manager: hollow, filled, and wireframe.

Multiple symbols correction

� The bar rake symbol and the multiple symbols display correctly the sum of thetarget quantities.

Bar labels corrections

� The <TotalQuantity> was not evaluated in bar symbols. This has been fixed.

� Bar labels were not updated in some situations. This has been fixed.

Quantitative distribution

� Undoing bar modifications also updates the quantitative distribution.

Quantities in bar lists

� Variable bars quantities are correctly evaluated in lists and labels.

� The audit tool has been improved, so that the bar list displays the correct point barlength.

British standards improvements

� Bars can be selected by mark when numbering according to the British Standard.

� New label formats and bar lists have been implemented for the British Standard.

ReoWatch tool

� The ReoWatch tool does not report unexpected minimal hook length violation forthe British Standard.

Distribution dimension improvement

� The arrowhead color in distribution dimension always conforms to the dimension stylesetting.

Improved bending detail

� Cleaner bending detail dimensions.

� The bending detail displays the axes lengths when in 'axes length calculation' mode.

� The bar axis segment length in the bending detail is calculated correctly for obtuseangle.

Mesh scraps

� The number of layers is taken into account when optimizing mesh material usage.

Mesh trim command for bent mesh distribution

� The mesh trim command works on bent mesh distributions.

Bent mesh length calculation

� The bent mesh length can be calculated as the sum of leg lengths.

Mesh representation

� The mesh representation style changes made during creation where not stored as default. This has been fixed.

� In a bent mesh distribution, mesh representation 8 always displays the last panel when different.

Mesh trimming schedule improvement

� The mesh trimming schedule is invalidated when necessary.

Mesh numbering – speed improvement

� Improved mesh numbering speed.

Mesh symbol

� The mesh length and width are correctly evaluated in the mesh cut symbols.

DYNAMIC REINFORCEMENTNew dynamic reinforcement solutions

� New dynamic reinforcement solutions for walls, beams and columns have beenimplemented.

Structural member characteristics modification� It is possible to modify the structural member characteristics for all elements in adynamic reinforcement solution.

Synchronization with Advance Design

� Some problems with synchronizing the Dynamic Reinforcement with AdvanceDesign have been solved.

Sort parameters

� The parameters of a dynamic reinforcement solution can be moved up or down thelist during the definition.

Formula validation

� The solution creation wizard prevents from saving circular (recursive) formulas.

Correct details

� Pin bars are correctly placed in details generated from dynamic reinforcement solutions.
