Advanced Diploma of Management

Managers are finding they want and need to gain further knowledge and expertise in key business strategies, people management and strategic risk management. The ability to provide guidance and leadership are key functions of a management role to ensure team performance growth.

The Advanced Diploma of Management equips learners with the essential knowledge and skills to be an effective leader. In designing this program, we looked at the experience of those in our team and other recognised leaders, who have held middle level to senior management roles in a range of large, small and medium sized organisations in the public, private and government domains across Australia and internationally.

We have reviewed and included our research and materials from the past 19 years, as well as the input of hundreds of managers and leaders, to ensure we provide participants with real life learning and practical and relevant tools for the age we live and work in.
