A summary is below:

1. Full payment must be made upon reservation for the course. 2. You will receive confirmation of your booking to the email address provided in the registration

form. If you have not received confirmation prior to the date of the course please contact us. A VAT invoice can be sent separately to your accounts department if required. Course materials will be distributed at the time of the course.

3. Once we confirm your booking a legally binding contract will come into existence between us. Bookings may be cancelled by written notice received by us not less than 30 working days before the date of the course. We cannot accept cancellations by telephone. The delegate fee will be credited to you less an administration charge of £185 + VAT per delegate booking that is cancelled. Refunds of delegate fees for cancellations receive by us less than 30 days before the date of the course will not be offered. Failure to attend the course will constitute late cancellation and payment will still be due or forfeited if already paid.

4. You may notify us of a substitute delegate at any stage, without charge. 5. We reserve the right to vary or cancel a course in our sole discretion. Our terms of refund are
