Advancing the traditional casting process, the Hybrid Forged Series utilizes flow forming technology to reduce weight and increase strength. Flow forming allows for a very wide range of wheel widths within each design.
CUSTOM-TAILOREDPROGRAM
Vossen’s Custom-Tailored Program bridges the gap between our forged wheel customization process and cast wheel affordability. Utilizing our state-of-the-art TÜV approved factory with our newly integrated robotic cell, Vossen will custom CNC your wheels to virtually any desired bolt pattern, center bore and offset with the highest precision and efficiency. This system along with our vast selection of wheel diameters, widths and wheel face profiles has allowed Vossen to offer more fitment options than any other wheel company in the industry.
Once your order is precision cut to your specifications, the wheels are powder coated in any of our available finishes and will undergo a thorough multi-point inspection and quality control process. The end result is the perfect wheel fitment with a durable, high quality surface finish coat.

The flow forming process maintains the integrity of the design while improving grain-structure of the aluminum, creating a stronger, lighter, and thinner forged-like rim barrel. Flow forming is the answer to the market’s demand for lightweight wheels that are more durable and enhance overall vehicle driving performance.
Heat and coating is applied to the flow-forming mandrel. Preformed cast wheel is mounted onto the mandrel and ready to be formed.
STEP 1
Specially designated hydraulic rollers are used to stretch the wheels’ rim barrel by applying intense localized pressure.
STEP 2
The wheels’ properties are compressed and stretched to achieve the desired width.
STEP 3
Flow forming process improves the grain structure of the aluminum, making a stronger and lighter barrel while maintaining the stiffness and durability, similar to a forged wheel.

The Billet Sport Cap offers 12 combinations to personalize your Vossen Wheels. Starting as 6061 billet aluminum, the cap bezels are machined, hand-finished and powder coated in Vossen’s Miami-based factory using the same finishes as Vossen Forged wheels.
The Billet Sport Center Cap bezel is machined and finished in Miami, in Vossen’s in-house wheel finishing department.
