Stouffer University is an in-house education program that offers continuing education and hands-on training classes to prospective and current Northeast Ohio Realtors. Classes are taught by various Real Estate industry professionals.

Stouffer Realty offers a scholarship program which will reimburse your Pre-Licensing classes up to $1,090.00

1. A minimum of $19,500.00 in commission income for the first year2. You must be licensed with Stouffer Realty for 18 months3. Maintain a Full Time status4. Attend Stouffer University and Advanced Training Programs5. Attend Company events and functions

CEU (Continuing Education Units) opportunities include, Structure/Soil, Financing, Title and Home Inspection Seminars. We have an array of speakers from a multitude of real estate related businesses who come in and teach informative material that will help you become a better agent. Many of these classes are offered at no cost

Business Development twenty20 is a system designed to help new agents gain knowledge about real estate and help them become successful agents. This formalin-house training is offered at no cost to all Stouffer Realty Agents. 1. BD twenty20 Series I • New Agent Training: 1 day Orientation, 5 day training program (4 hour classes) 2. BD twenty20 Series II • Follow Up Training: Twice a month Stouffer University is a comprehensive, ongoing CEU education and training program offered by a local real estate agency.
