Decide when you want to host your PGR. If they are a positive couple please make sure the couple both come. This will increase your chances of signing them up for free accounts. Setting right expectations:

In order to have 6 guests attend, we must have confirmation from at least 10. It’s just the nature of this business that something comes up and people cancel last minute. Consider it a bonus if all 10 show up. It’s just the way it is… it’s not about you, it’s called human behaviour.

Prepare contact list and start contacting people – UNDERSTAND that the PGR is a place to get first exposure and to help those in attendance make a decision and get started. It’s a call to action and new affiliate(s) are encouraged to commit to booking their own PGR. For that reason we have to assure that everyone has gone through the 3 step contact, share and invite process. To do that, print off the tracking form on www.goldincreaseswealth.com and hand write all of your potential guests, just like a wedding invitation list, start with your cell phone list, don’t forget anyone positive. Narrow it down to those positive individuals or couples that have made a positive influence on your life. Invite those using the following script: Hello friend, Do you like GOLD? What are you doing on (__date_____), I’m having a Private Gold Reception and I wanted you and your spouse to come. (wait for reply) Your Answer: I have recently come across some very important information about Gold that I need you to take a serious look at. Can you make it? Again wait for response…..

Invite, Invite, Invite, Invite … Inform the up-line Director that is going to help you close the PGR via Skype or phone call and confirm the date. Let them know that you’ve created a special list of people to invite for your PGR and are excited to be hosting your first, second or third PGR. Do PGR’s until you have enough people on your team and are making money. It may be one of the ways you get started.

Getting a solid follow up commitment from your guests/prospects: call them the night before to confirm that they are still coming over. Prepare your treats, snacks, etc. Do 3 way calls after the initial invitation to confirm guests showing up and the director will encourage your guest to bring a friend too.

Setting up for the PGR:

Set up a nice display of the different branding cards, collector cards, brochures and/or package contents.

Confirm with your up-line Director whether they will be calling in to close the meeting by speaker phone, via Skype?

Please make sure Director knows who is in the room when they call.

Test equipment (presentation / Skype)

Have at least ONE laptop or computer ready to help people register for free account and potential sign ups for business packages.

PGR Host Agenda:

Use the start of the reception as a mix and mingle time depending on the time you have scheduled with your Director.

Welcome everyone . Share a 2-3 minute story about yourself and why you got involved with the company. Thank guests for coming and taking a look. Show the VIDEOS (20 min) and then SKYPE or CALL your upline Director who will help CLOSE the PGR.

Please edify your Director in front of your group and then edify your group to your up-line Director. Let him or her know how many are in the room with you, ahead of time. This is very important to set the stage and give your Director the right to speak and build them up so that people really want to hear from them!

For every PGR you must align yourself with a Director to answer the question to close the meeting. That’s what makes it duplicatable.
