BRING PEACE

FOR ALL PEOPLE

• Not just to STOP fighting

• Not just in TRANQUILITY

“Shalom” – Heb. HARMONY/PERFECTION“Irene” – Gk. FAVOR/PROSPERITY• It is not

COMPARTMENTALIZED peace but one that brings WHOLENESS

2. HE CAME TO

LEAVE PEACE

FOR HIS PEOPLE

At conversion: NOT ALL experience this kind of peace• Rom. 5:1 –

Those who have been JUSTIFIED by FAITH experience this

• Col. 1:19-22 – He has RECONCILED us with God

• Eph. 2:13-17 – In ONE body to God

At our present Christian life:• Jn. 16:33 – It

is Jesus’ prayer in our trying times

• Jn. 14:27 – It is DIFFERENT from what the world gives

• Phil. 4:7 – It GUARDS our life in Him

3. HE WILL COME

BACK TO RULE WITH

ETERNAL PEACE

FOR HIS PEOPLE

• Isa. 65 - PERFECT scenario

• Rev. 22:7, 12 – Blessed are the PEACEMAKERS - REWARDED as sons of God

JESUS is the ONLY

OVERCOMER! He is the ONLY ONE WHO CAN

GIVE REAL PEACE!

Isa. 48:22 –who cannot have this?
