The Filmmaker Morgan Spurlock made him self a test subject in this movie. He decided to eat nothing but McDonalds for a month to see the repercussions.

The drive thru diet brings on physical and emotional stresses as seen thru the movie.

The movie shed new light on a major problem the world is facing: Obesity.

Low Fat Menu was introduced:

Dr. Cathy Kapica McDonald's Global Director of Nutrition.

Fresh fruits and Vegetables has helped McDonalds reach the health conscious customer.

Although McDonalds realizes that it is less profitable they still recognize the need for options.

McDonalds also decided to remove its super size option in an effort to help support a balanced lifestyle
