Purpose Statement: Radio The purpose of this marketing communication message is to convince college students that Coleman has everything you need for camping. This radio advertisement will target an audience that currently makes up a small percentage of our revenue because we are only targeting a small market at the moment, and would like to broaden our appeal. The result should be to get college age students to spend time in the great outdoors.

The advertisement gains attention from the very beginning with a girl crying to her friend. The audience is drawn into the drama by female hysteria.
