Ready for Possession/Under Construction in following Housing Colonies under partially self

financing schemes on freehold/lease hold basis . The cost, area and accommodation as

tabulated below is tentative and subject to change/depending upon the site condition and cost

escalation.

The Brochure of the schemes will be available for sale at HIMUDA

Headquarters-Nigam Vihar, Divisional offices at Shimla, Parwanoo, Mandi & Dharamashala

and at the branches of UCO and State Bank of Patiala Banks at a cost of Rs. 500/- and by

registered post Rs. 600/-(Non-Refundable) either in cash or by way of DD favouring CEO-

cum-Secretary payable at Shimla. Application form can also be downloaded from our website

www.himuda.com. Application forms complete in all respects along with Rs. 500/- (cost of

form) and 10% earnest money of tentative cost of unit may be deposited with HIMUDA Hqrs

and the abovementioned branches of the Banks on or before 31.12.2013
