ADVERTISEMENT Applications are invited in prescribed format from the citizen of India for filling up of 3 (three) posts of Principal for Govt. Colleges of Arunachal Pradesh in the Pay Band-t Rs. 37400- 67000+AGP Rs. 10000/- per month plus other allowances as admissible to Arunachal Pradesh Govt. employees from time to time. Out of 3 posts 2 posts are reserved for the serving Associate Professors/Professor of Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe candidates and 1 post un-reserved (for open competition). The post is temporary but likely to be permanent in due course oftime. (I) ELIGIBILITY:- (i) The maximum age limit of the candidate for the post is 55 years. (ii) Master's Degree with at !east 50% marks or equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed from a recognized University. (iii) A Ph.D. Degree in concerned tallied/relevant discipline(s) in the institution concerned with evidence of published work and research guidance. (iv) Associate Professor/Professor with a total experience of 15(fifteen) years of teaching /research administration in University, Colleges and other Institutions of Higher education. (v) "A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performances Indicator (API) based on Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), as set out in the Regulation in Appendix-Ill for direct recruitment of Professors in Colleges. (Candidates are required to submit his/her ./' API score finalized by the concerned authority. Otherwise their application will be rejected. (II) METHOD OF SELECTION:- The eligible candidates will have to appear in an Interview jViva-voce test to be conducted by the Commission. The final selection of the candidate will be made on the basis of performance in the Interview jViva-Voce. Candidates called for the Interview shall have to appear on their own expenses. (III) HOW TO APPLY:- Application on prescribed format addressed to the Secretary, Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, ltanagar-791111 (AP) along with (a) 2(two ) copies of self attested passport size photographs on front side (b) Attested copies of all certificates and marks sheets of Class-X, Class-' XII, Graduation, Master Degree, Ph.D. Degree,.-Experience.Certificate in teaching/research issued by competent authority, Copy of API scored point finalized by concerned Department and any other certificates including APST certificate must be attested by a Gazetted Officer with signature and seal of the attesting officer otherwise the application will be rejected. (IV) AVAILABILITY OF APPLICATION FORM:- Application forms can be obtained from the Commission's Office on all working days from 1000 hours to 1600 hours up to 10.10.2013 on cash payment of Rs. 70/: (Rupees seventy) only. No separate examin,ation fee in the form of Demand Draft/Treasury Challan will be required further along with the application. The examination fee has been included with the cost of the application

Applications are invited in prescribed format from the citizen of India for filling up of 3

(VI) OTHER RULES :-

(1) The decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate for

admission to eligibility or otherwise of a admission to the interview or selection will be final and no

correspondence/personnel enquiries will be entertained.

(2) Candidates may apply direct to. the Commission with intimation to. his/her Head of

Department! Office about his /her doing so.

(3) Application in prescribed farm should be submitted in the Reception counter in a cover

envelop subscribed, '{f\pplicatian for the past of Principal" and obtain receipt from the counter to.

(4) Application received after the closing date or incomplete in any respect will be summarily

rejected. Date of birth as recorded in matriculation or equivalent certificate or Admit Card as issued by

the Board only will be accepted,

(5) Application farm can also. be sent through post/courier.

(6) The Commission will not be responsible far delay in receipt of application, due to any

reason whatsoever.

(7) Application form other than the one procured from the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service

Commission, Itanagar will be summarily rejected.

(8) Application form not fulfilling the terms and conditions as sti

will be rejected.
