    The candidates selected through direct recruitment shall be governed by the restructured definedcontributory pension system as per the provision contained in the Ministry of Finance, Department ofEconomics Affairs (ECB& PR Division) Notification No.5/7/2003-ECB&PR dated 22.12.2003 effective from

    1.4.2004. Reservation & relaxation to Persons with Disabilities will be as per Govt. of India instructions issuedfrom time to time. LTC, Medical Facilities are also available in the Board under the Service Rules.

    The tenure of deputation shall be initially for one year extendable upto five years on year to year basis.The terms and conditions of the deputation would be same as the standard terms and conditions prescribed bythe Department of Personnel and Training vide OM No.2/29/91(Pay II) dated 5.1.1994 as amended from timeto time.

    AGE RELAXATION :

    1. There shall be no age bar for employees of the Board in respect of the posts in which recruitmentexamination is conducted.

    2. There shall be age relaxation of 10 years for women candidates applying to the posts whererecruitment is on the basis of All India Recruitment Test (Post mentioned at

    Sl.No.5,6,8,12,13,14,15,16,17,18 & 19)3. Age relaxation to SC, ST, OBC, PH categories will be in accordance with the DoP&T guidelines.

    Age will be calculated as on closing date of online application as mentioned in the application form.
