There was a Joseph Urs Aebi that immigrated in 1826 and is buried in San Francisco, California but I have no idea if he was related or not. I can't even find a death record on either of them other than what is on the headstone for Urs. Since Mary's death date is not listed on the stone and she was living in California in 1920 one might wonder if she really is buried in Thonotosassa. The other oddity is that on all 3 census years listed above, she lists her birth year as about 1843 or 1844. Even in 1900 she lists it as January of 1843 not 1847 as is etched on the headstone. I can find absolutely no mention of either of these two prior to the 1900 census. There was a Joseph Urs Aebi that immigratedin 1826 and is buried in San Francisco, California but I have no idea if he was related or not. I can't even find a death record oneither of them other than what is on the headstone for Urs. Since Mary's death date is not listed on the stone and she was livingin California in 1920 one might wonder if she really is buried in Thonotosassa. The other oddity is that on all 3 census yearslisted above, she lists her birth year as about 1843 or 1844. Even in 1900 she lists it as January of 1843 not 1847 as is etchedon the headstone.
