The automation processes adopted for the creation of each single product permit to control and monitor all the production and distribution phases.

The automatic warehouse is another good example. A fully-robotized structure for a modern logistic organization, adopted in order to satisfy any storage need and minimize transport and distribution times.

In 2012,

AEC ILLUMINAZIONE

celebrates the opening of

AEC Pole Division:

a new plant exclusively

dedicated to the production

of poles for public lighting.

The handling of raw materials within the plant is operated, both in the loading and unloading phase, by an automatic warehouse: a massive structure allowing the storage of tubular steel up to a maximum length of 12m .The cutting is performed by means of a sophisticated laser machine able to ensure the highest accuracy and the maximum rapidity in the production of supports featured by traditional or more particular shapes.

This is only part of a process conceived in respect of industrial ecology, energy saving and workers safety.
