BIO-AUGMENTATION

Bio-augmentation is introducing or adding on to strengthen microorganism capable of degrading pollute and pollutant in waste water.

BIO-STIMULATION Bio-stimulation is to stimulate or engineer an environment conducive for microorganism for degradation of pollutant into elementary form by sufficient amount of aeration and nutrition.

The VORTEX SYSTEM

The vortex system is simple three-stage treatment of waste water.

1. Equalisation & Inoculation. 2. Aeration & Digestion. 3. Settlement & Recovery. Equalization or inoculation tanks are meant to homogenize the pollutant to increase surface area for bacteria to work on. The installed ABGs in the tank generate and inoculate the consortium of bacteria to degrade pollutant. Such a mix water along with bacteria and pollutant enter into next level in Aeration tank. Aeration tank engineered by our patented fine bubble aerators that efficiently dissolves the required oxygen to speed up the bio-stimulation to degrades the pollutant to achieve desired results. Settlement tank In the settlement tank, bacterial mass and undigested pollutants settle in the bottom and are transferred back to the inoculation/aeration tank by using a maintenance free airlift pump. Secondary treatment using PSF, ACF and Ozone. Primary treated water from the settlement tank is filtered through a Pressurized Sand Filter (PSF ) for extraction of suspended solids, which are returned to the inoculation/aeration tank for further digestion. PS Filtered water enters next into Activated carbon filter (ACF) for reduction of smell and toxicity. The filtered pollutant is returned to the digestion tank. The water from carbon filter next enters into specially engineered Ozonizer tank for removal of colour and pathogens. The water in this stage will meet or exceed all regulatory norms. Tertiary Treatment (Optional) Tertiary treatment by ultra-filtration, Nano-filtration and RO - the water meets ISO 10500 for domestic use.

MULTI DIMENSIONAL EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT

ABIL has designed a process that treats the effluents in multiple stages depending on their varying characteristics and volumes such as from a few hundred to million litres. The plant is a single tank with different inlets for various effluents located conveniently and treated primarily to stabilize its nature. The primary treatment can be multi-stage micro-organism to transform or degrade the basic form of individual influent to a common form. In MDETP, the secondary stage treatment is bio transformation or bio remediation where micro-organisms thrive to convert the pollutants into elementary form In MDETP, the treatment is based on the complexity of influents. The consortium of bio-remediatiors in a conducive condition bio-remediate the pollutants in designated chambers in primary and secondary under a unified tank.
