Testet gjordes utan astmamedicin.

Training zone descriptions

Regeneration

The training is characterised by low intensity with an individually high, active fat metabolism (rel.share of energy production). The training serves regeneration after units at high intensity or aftercompetitions.

REG

Basic training

Extensive basic training at low intensity serves to improve the aerobic energy metabolism. Theindividual fat burn is high in this range.

TZ1

Stamina training

The intensive basic training at higher intensity serves to improve aerobic fitness and theperformance of the cardiovascular system. The transition to intensive carbohydrate burn is takingplace.

TZ2

Competition training

In this very intensive training zone the transition to anaerobic energy production takes place.Interval training or speed training takes place.
