CALIGHT 70 is an extreme white calcium aluminate.

Production through sintering high quality alumina and lime this cement is used in dry mortars as straight binder or as an addition into a white Portlandcement mix.

In the mix calcium sulfate can be added to reduce shrinkage , accelerate drying and increase the density.

The amount of lime released during hydration is neglitibale making it suitable as binder for white or colored floor levelers , white marble adhesives and tile grouts.

The consistency and stability of its color makes is easy to add pigments to obtain colored concrete and mortars.

CALUMEX is a calcium sulfo aluminate cement.Through sintering high purity bauxite, limestone and gypsum an extraordinary cement clinker is produced giving special feautures.

Although not white but light buff colored CALUMEX can be mixed with White Portlandcement to obtain a light colored cementious binder featuring;

CALUMEX WHITE is produced in the same way as CALUMEX QUICK but special attention is given to the selction of raw materials and calcination and cooling of the clinker.

This clear cement is used on its own or is added into a Portlandcement mix.It is mainly used in production of dry mortars, renders and flooring products, natural stone adhesives and grouts, GRC, prefab concrete and in any other application where aesthetics,color consistency, quick-setting and high early strength play a role.

CALUMEX SC-A is the latest development in our advanced calcium aluminate technology.

The main phase formed is C12A7 ,the most reactive phase in cement hydration.

It is used as an addition to Portlandcement, giving an acceneration of set and an increase of the early strength.In addition the shrinkage of the binder is reduced to nearly cero.

Because of the high purity of raw materials used and the manner in which the cement is produced SC-A has a whiteness of > 82.

It is mainly used in dry-mortars, shotcrete, incaptulating nuclear waste, road-repair, artificial stone, prefab concrete and in any other application where aesthetics,color consistency, quick-setting and high early strength are of importance.
