Offered with a polycarbonate or aluminium reflector, and either a 150W or 250W lamp, Clipsal’s new range of Induction Highbays will cut energy and maintenance costs.

Long lifeWheretraditionalHIDlampshaveafilament,whichfailsovertime,ClipsalInductionLampsarefilament-less,providingmorethansixtimeslongerlamplife.

Energy efficientTwolampsizesareavailable:150Wor250Woutputs.Typically,the150Winductionlampisequivalenttoa250Wmetalhalideandthe250Winductionequivalenttoa400Wmetalhalide;dependingonthespecificapplications.

Instant restrikeTraditionalHIDlampsrequirea5–10minutecool-downperiodbeforeswitchingbackonandthesameamountoftimetoachievemaximumbrightness.Inductionhighbayshavenorestrikedelay,allowingforgreaterenergysavingsbyrunningonlywhenrequired(whenswitchedviaamotionsensorortimer).
