Your membership kit will include your member cards, provider listings and an instruction guide

explaining in detail how to use your new program benefits.

You can search for providers in your area online at Affordable Health & Benefits

or you can call the 1-800 numbers that are included on your card and in the instruction guide and a friendly

customer service representative will assist you.

Simply present your membership card to your provider to receive immediate savings. Your provider will

simply call the automated 1-800 on the front of your member card and will be given your savings rate

which you pay at the time of service. If your provider has questions, there are 1-800 Customer Service

numbers listed on the card for each benefit.

A. No, our Point of Service Savings Benefits are not insurance. Our agreements with national provider networks allow us to pass on the substantial savings negotiated on to our members and the member pays the savings rate at the time of service.

Q. Who can participate in AHB's Benefit Programs? A. Everyone! Including Employer Groups, Associations, Families, Individuals, Seniors

Q. How soon can I use this program?

A. In approximately 2 weeks after enrollment you will receive your membership card and a Member Kit describing each of the programs and how to use them in detail. Your membership will be effective on the first of the month following the month in which you enrolled.
