ANNUAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
ROTC Scholarships TMCF offered financial assistance to 12 students within ROTC.
Leadership Institute TMCF was able to bring 250 students to Leadership Institute.
Freshman Leadership Institute 100 high school and first year college students participated in the conference.
International Leadership Planning Program A fact finding pilgrimage to South Africa, India and China took place to meet with education officials in these countries.
Member University and Professional Institute CMUPI.} This conference provided an opportunity for DOD AFOSR representatives to hear from the member institutions and sponsored 60 faculty members.
F acuity Research TMCF provided funding to ten (10) member school faculty members at $10,000 each to conduct basic research related to DOD AFOSR's most challenging technical problems.
Teacher Qual~d Retention Program Over 150 students and ftrst teachers participated in this program over the summer.
National College Guide The publications was be printed and distributed to over 17,000 libraries, school districts, churches, community groups, fraternities and sororities nationwide.
Student Summer Internships 10 students from the member schools received paid summer internships.
HBCU Initiative Research was conducted and produced (copies available on the website).
Technology Enhancement Infrastructure U~es TMCF will continued its development of its integrated portal system and expanded tools on the TMCF website.

CHANGES IN RESEARCH OBJECTIVES, IF ANY: None
EXTENSIONS GRANT OR MILESTONES ALIPPIED, IF ANY: A Grant/Cooperative Agreement Modification was on effective 15 October 2010. The modification was incorporated by reference Thurgood Marshall College Fund letter dated 15 April 2010 to change the grant duration period from 17 to 27 months and extend the period of performance through 14 August 2011. The reporting requirements were revised. All terms and conditions remain unchanged as a result of this modification.
CHANGE IN AFOSR PROGRAM MANAGER, IF ANY: There was not a change in the AFOSR Program Manager, but there was a change in the Thurgood Marshall College Fund's Program Manager/Principal Investigator.
