Wallonia is a land of cheese, with more than 500 varieties

listed to date. To promote them, each year the Walloon

Agency for the Promotion of Quality in Agriculture (APAQ-W)

organises a competition to elect the best Walloon cheeses

of the year. This competition – the only one of its kind

in Belgium – is held in the prestigious Château de Harzé, and

rewards the best products in 11 categories with a " Harzé d’Or "

(Gold Harzé) and a " Harzé d’Argent " (Silver Harzé).site www.apaqw.be

Founded in 1890, the Brunehaut brewery produces the «Brunehaut Triple»

(8% vol.). This top fermentation beer, with a second fermentation in the

bottle, is brewed from barley harvested at the producer’s farm in the

Domaine de Graux. The brewery has developed a unique, natural method

for de-glutenizing the beer during the brewing process to obtain a gluten-

free beer (less than 5ppm). With its coppery robe and persistent froth,

the «Brunehaut Triple» has a restrained nose. In the mouth, hints of fruit

(citrus) develop to bring plenty of freshness while maintaining a dry cha-

racter with very little sweetness. Perfect with hard cheeses (available in

33cl and 75cl bottles and 20-litre casks).

Other organic productsBrunehaut Blonde 6.5 %, Brunehaut Amber 6.5 %, Brunehaut White 5.5 %.

Delivery countriesFrance, Spain, Italia, USA, Canada, Brasil, UK, ...
