1.WELCOME Vice President - Sean Cronin, hosted this meeting and opened welcoming all in attendance. We will remain on a virtual system (through Zoom) for all gatherings until further notice. Please don’t forget to scan the QR code during this meeting to confirm your Thanks to all that joined us and special thanks to our guests joining us all the way from the US – Earl Luce, Craig Ritson, Arnie Quest & Gary Stevens.

7. FUTURE EVENTS The following events are noted as follows although members are reminded that covid19 preventative protocols should be in effect at all gatherings. Events may be cancelled or postponed at short notice. Please keep a look out on the official EAA Broadcast group for updates. Saturday 3rd July Young Eagles Day Panorama Airfield – Postponed - New date to be announced Wednesday 4th August EAA Chapter 322 Monthly Meeting Friday / Saturday 17th & 18th September 2021 Movie Night & Pancake Breakfast (Overnight Camping) Silver Creek Airfield Friday to Sunday 24th to 26th September Sun ‘n Fun Fly-in Brits Airfield Friday 8th October – Sunday 10th October 2021 Taildraggers Fly-in Bela Bela FAWM Camping on Airfield or B&B in town Postponed from July.
8. FINANCES Mark Clulow presented a report back on current financial status with Membership : 261 EAA 322 members have signed up in 2021 to date. Full Finance report as follows:

10. EVENT REPORT BACK Karl Jensen did a report back on events and other general, including; -Brad Stephenson’s trip to DRC, Mount Marula Game Lodge outing. Additional comments : -Harrismith Airfield recently vandalised and destroyed -Recent losses:

Bill Harrop and wife Our sincere condolences go out to their family and friends -Jonty Kaplan shoutout from Canada, who used to be an active member of 322 before immigrating.
11. AIRCRAFT BUILD Earl Luce joined from the USA to present and talk about the Wittman Buttercup and Tailwind. Thanks to Craig Ritson for the support from the US.

Aircraft Co. in Durban during the 1980’s.
