in the amount of $34,560.00. b. Approve Renaissance Learning license renewal of STAR Reading, Accelerated Reader, and STAR

Math in the amount of $45,996.60. c. Discuss/approve plan for temporary solution for stadium seating/lighting projects for stadiums.

(Chip Edwards) d. Renew AASB Legal Assistance Fund for the FY 2013-2014 in the amount of $250.00. e. Renew AASB 2013-2014 Membership in the amount of $12,000.00 f. Approve lease agreement (36 months) between Ashford High School and SSI for a floor

machine for the new building addition. Cost of the machine is $4590.00 for three year lease with down payment of $500.00 and three annual installments of $1508.00 per year and a $1.00 buy-out at the end of three years.

g. Renew SchoolCast Rapid Alert and Notification System (High Ground Solutions, Inc. -$12,778.00) for the 2013-2014 school year.
