2. Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting Minutes of the Nov 7-8, 2007 meeting were approved.

3. Comments on General Procedures Procedures discussed from newsletter, which was a helpful reference.

4. Action on public and committee proposals NFPA 409 (Attachment C) Public and committee proposal were considered, discussed and acted on. Results are in the ROP. Concerning the need to address changes in other standards on the entire 409 document, a task group was formed: Chair: D. Banschbach. Members: D. Burkhart, C. Marsolo, B. Abell and J. Simone. A report is needed by March 2009. Concerning unenforceable or non standard language in NFPA 409, the NFPA liason and staff will work to correct unenforceable and vague language and present suggestions.

5. Action on public and committee proposals NFPA 423 (Attachment D) Public and committee proposal were considered, discussed and acted on. Results are in the ROP. Assign task group to look at 2.2 and 2.3 for applicability of referenced documents and should we update editions? For example 11A no longer exists. The Chair established a combined task group to deal with referenced documents issue for two standard: 423 and 410. Task Group Chair: R. Boyer with members R. Rees, D. Jordan, N. Addleman, M. Kemmis Next meeting. April 21 -23, 2009 Tuesday – Thursday. Three full meeting days expected. Location in the Western U.S. to be determined. Meeting Adjourned.
