The Road Traffic Regulation (Abnormal/Wide load) of 2001
requires transporting vehicles or transported cargos exceeding a
certain height, width and length to have abnormal/wide load
permits.

Permit Application
The Ministry of Works Examines the application
(Following the TO-BE process workflow defined)
At any point of examination if there is any query the system
allows the Ministry to communicate with the applicant
(Transporter), i.e. the system will send alert to the transporter.
While in examination (before the permit is issued) the
applicant/transporter is allowed by the system to amend the
application

After all stages examination and verification, the DSE approves
the application.
The system notifies the applicant when the application is
approved or denied.

Permit Application Examination
The System notifies the applicant on the payments to be made
with the required amounts.
System supports major payments methods:
Credit Cards (Visa/Master Cards ) Online payments
Bank Deposits (against application number)
Mobile Money (against application number)
Once the payment is made and confirmed by the system, the e-
permit is generated and sent to the applicant.

The Weighbridge Operators:
