Always submit on behalf of your organization!
Make sure you are adding officers as administrators to the portal upon transition
Update your chapter portal regularly
Hit submit, not just save and return later
Use the checklist to guide your semester
Start working on the end of semester report 1 month in advance of the deadline
Delegate pieces of the reports to officers/members
Always check Panther ID numbers in your roster!
Download the PDF of the form to be ready for what you’ll need to submit
Set yourself reminders for due dates
Submit ALL EVENTS for the programming & event reports; we use this to determine
awards
