ABOUT iPROPERTY.COM AGENTS ADVERTISING AWARDS (AAA) 2015

BENEFITS

The iProperty.com AAA 2015 recognises the highest levels of achievements, leadership and innovation by agents, negotiators and agencies in the real estate industry.

Nominations will be shortlisted and then judged by one or any combination of the three categories; a panel of highly experienced professionals from various industries, iProperty.com Malaysia’s statistics and votes by buyers and investors. Professionals and companies selected as Highly Acclaimed are invited to attend a prestigious gala awards dinner where the winners will be announced.

Winning the AAA will be a highly valuable endorsement for each individual and/or company. The recognition increases status and brand awareness, creating further valuable market di�erentiation amongst consumers and members of the industry.

All category winners will receive critical acclaim, greater online exposure, media coverage, recognition by real estate professionals, a customised trophy, a gold framed certificate, and exclusive AAA logo usage rights for 12 months in all promotional and public relations materials.

TERMS & CONDITIONSi. The iProperty.com AAA 2015 is open to all Malaysian agents who are attached to an agency

that is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia for one year.

ii. All entries are subject to a fee as stipulated in the package providediii. All submissions must be submitted with their supporting documents by 11.59pm, 31st March

2015.* Any supporting documents received after the deadline will not be entertained. iv. There are some variations in the judging criteria and processes per category as detailed in the

awards categories section. v. All decisions for nominations are final and any appeals made will not be entertained after the

nomination dateline.vi. The voting period by consumers and judges is projected to occur in May 2015.vii. All entries submitted will become the property of iProperty.com Malaysia Sdn Bhd and will

not be returned/refunded.viii. All agencies and individual entrants must meet the minimum requirement and registered

with iProperty.com Malaysia.
