Electric Aggregation Program – Next Steps

1. Opt-out letter will be mailed to all eligible participants on or about Friday, May 25, 2012

2. Per the Plan of Operations and Governance, the Opt-Out period will last for 21 days

– During this time, residents who do not wish to participate in the GA program can opt-out

– If you have ANY questions about the program, you may call our Customer Care Team on the dedicated phone number that is listed on your letter (1-800-718-1493)

3. Assuming a 5/25 postmark, the Opt-Out period will end on 6/22 (counting business days only)

4. Constellation and Evanston will communicate the final list to ComEd

5. ComEd will confirm the final list and process enrollments

– This process may take up to 10 business days

6. Power Flow will commence in either July or August depending on your meter read schedule
