The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this July 11, 2019:

Chairinan Jaime Topham opened the public hearing at 7: 17 p.in. and calledfor corrments.

With no comments offered, Chairman Jaime Topham closed the public hearing at7:17 p.in.

The Planning Commission recommended approval of this item with little discussionand the motion at the end of the discussion:

Rosalie York stated her name to the Commission. Jaime asked: Are you currently in thatspace? Rosalie York replied: Yeah. Jaime asked: What is the name of your business?Rosalie York responded: Rose and Co. Boutique and Beauty.
