With his own consulting firm he has provided sup-port and assistance to companies in industrial sectors as chemistry, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and perfumery, deter-gents, food and consumption, transportation, equip-ment, glass, electricity, industrial systems, electron-ics and others, in topics as: Innovation and agile innovation processes, operational excellence, knowledge, change and integrated business man-

agement.

He was associated to Cinergence, Delos Partnership

and collaborated with Oliver Wight EAME.

He was Managing director of Goldschmidt in Spain, Managing director of ODG Witco Europe, member of the Steering Committee of Witco GmbH, Global

Business Team in Witco ODG (USA).

Before, Managing Director of Rewo Química and Director of the chemical division of Schering Spain, and international manager in Hispano Química

Houghton.

Member of ACCID, Commission of intangibles. Founding partner of Integral Management Forum. He was president of the Organizing Committee of CE-SIO World Congress of Surfactants 1996 in Barcelo-na, vice-president of the Spanish Surfactants Ass.

(AEPSAT) and member of Fedequim.

Graduate as Chemical Engineer, postgraduate in ESADE Business School in Business Administration and Master in Knowledge Management by the ICT-

UPC in 2002.

He participated in numerous programs, seminars and courses at ESADE, IESE, EADA, APD, and the MCE

(Management Centre Europe) in Brussels.

Author of articles, presentations and courses on innovation in the chemical industry, innovation in strategic management, integrated models of busi-ness, knowledge management, change management
