Training Plan Agile Group developed a comprehensive Training Plan outlining goals andobjecti ves for the creati on of a program to instruct students worldwide. Elements

of the plan included adherence to rules and regulati ons,role-based instructi on, grade level certi fi cati ons, ti ming of course deployment, and make-up of material secti ons. The plan was approved by executi ve level staff and considered the training doctrine for nearly a decade.

MaterialsAgile Group created training materials using Subject Matt er Experts, and certi fi ed PMP instructors. We developed course outlines and materials, ensuring consistency and standardizati on for all 25 courses. Each secti on contained end of chapter quizzes.

Course Catalog A Training Course Catalog was the foundati on for all course off erings and provided a matrix of role-based off erings, course delivery method (instructor-led on-line, video, or classroom), and complete course descripti ons.

Instructi onAgile Group instructors, using vett ed materials, leveraged SMEs and hands-on experience to teach students. Case studies and anecdotal examples helped students retain informati on.

Portal Development and Maintenance Agile Group designed, deployed and maintained the training program’s SharePoint myP2 training portal to serve as a repository for program and project training. Adapted content included scheduled training, registrati on and approved training materials. We created a centralized web-based locati on for professionals to collaborate and share informati on securely and post documentati on to increase transparency and communicati on.
