Sub:Poor performance under Computerization of PADB's in your District.Memo:During the process of reviewing the progress under computerization it has been noticed that the PADB's of your district are at a low ebb. So far as PADB Tapa is concerned they have not even submitted the talled digitized data of 31.03.15. and major head especially Share is not talled upto 31.03.15. And as the deadline for satrting the voucher entry was 1-6-15 the process of voucher entry have not been started till 6.6.15 evening because of the pendency in the manual work and are not performing upto the mark.In case of PADB Barnala although the branch has started voucher entry but it is still standing on 1.6.15 for the past many days due to the pendency of the manual work and theirperformance is not at all satisfactory.Because of the non-tallying of the accounts and pendency in submitting the digitized data PADB's of your district will not be able to meet the deadline of Computerization of 30.06.15.In order to complete the work and meet the deadline, it is suggested that the Accounts may be tallied with a difference; if it is not at all possible to tally the accounts up-to-date. So that computerization work may not suffer furhter.It has also been noticed that the even the computerization work is suffering; staff is not coming at 8.00 am and not sitting after 5.00 pm as per the directions of the Worthy Managing Director, SADB Chandigarh, conveyed to you in the meeting.You are hereby directed to make the compliance of the orders of the Worthy Managing Director, SADB Chandigarh and to personally monitor the work and progress of PADB's; pull up the concerned officials and must ensure that all the required work including the manual work is upto date so that flow of voucher entry may work smoothly and is completed in time and deadline of 30.6.15 be met.sd/-Regional Officer,P.A.D.B's Patiala Division,Patiala.No. DatedCopy of the above is forwarded to 1.
