Here is a very well structured, heavy muscled roan bull out of a great milking K-Kim Gold Count 22P daughter. Pepper Lewis has been a standout since birth and has developed into a very promising young sire. THF by pedigree.

Trophy 38Y is a complete package in that he is balanced, great hair coat, structurally sound with a great disposition. He is very thick with a wide top and great hind quarter. His mother is an easy keeping cow with a nice udder. Trophy was out with 12 cows this summer. The pictures of his dam and sire show his great potential.

Venture 106Z is as long as a rope with a very smooth front end and good thickness in his hind quarter. Venture has been impressive since he was born for his overall width, depth of body and attractiveness thanks to his sire Hill Haven Summit 5X.

Legacy 13Z is an impressive herd sire prospect. His dam Admiration 3X is the best female we have ever raised, she has been admired by cattlemen since she hit the tanbark for the fi rst time as a calf and has many banners to her name to back it up. His sire Alta Cedar Diablo 52X was one of the top selling bulls in the Showcase sale and left a phenomenal set of calves, unfortunately we lost Diablo after his fi rst breeding season, so this mating will never be duplicated. Legacy has already gained some of his own recognition being named champion bull calf at the Olds Fall Classic as well as being a part of the Grand Champion Female pair beside his dam. The outcross genetic package and the uniqueness of this bull calf are hard to come by.

Selling the choice of the two Birdtail G Gus 15U bull calves. One is Red and Horned, and the other is Roan and Polled. Both are thick and full of meat and muscle as you would expect from Gus 15U. Take your pick.

Non Asterisk bull. This calf is a full brother to the Raggedy Ann female, Lot 414, in this sale. The dam is proving to be a powerful breeding female along with being solid red, long bodied with loads of depth and a perfect udder. This calf has been a standout since birth, deep bodied, thick quarted with that soft look to him. We are very confi dent he will mature into a powerful sire and with Birdtail G Gus 15U as his sire the guess work is pretty much removed.

Asterisk Infl uenced bull. This solid red bull calf has turned heads here all summer. He has a ton of muscle and thickness and has that showring appeal we all look for. Even though he is just a calf he already has the look of a bull walking in the pasture. The dam, Rose 8U is a solid red daughter of Waukaru Goldmine 2109 and out of a Rose cow we have shown in the summer for several years. Last year at ten years of age judges could not believe she was that age and still as sound as any cow half her age. The dam of 8U is also the dam of Uphill Buster 9W who was Reserve Junior Bull calf at Agribition 2009 and sold a year later in the Agribition sale to Seymour and Janet Hurry in PEI. Paired up with Birdtail G Gus 15U, this calf’s future should be very exciting.

This polled, roan bull calf is one that we are proud to offer. His sire, Xerxes 1X, from the Butterfi eld herd, is backed by a series of outstanding Butterfi eld bulls and from the respected Winnette cow family. Xerxes 1X bred well for Phillip Butterfi eld as well as for us. MS 24Z’s dam is moderate in frame, very sound in her make up, and has a very good udder. MSA 24Z is a bull calf that will undoubtedly add muscle and performance in his offspring. And to top that off, 24Z is incredibly quiet.

Floyd and Alice Bolduc purchased Century from a commercial breeder, who had used him for two seasons on his commercial cows, at three years of age in 1970. Century weighed 2250 lbs when he was photographed on pasture for the cover of the Shorthorn World Sept. 15, 1972 issue. Mom remembered Olive Grove Century as being one of the great sires of her lifetime. Century was the fi rst polled Herdsire at Cudlobe farm where has was a 100% dehorner and is a calving ease bull (short gestation) hence being a great heifer bull. He sired numerous champions including Junior and Senior Champion at Agribition in 1974, Junior and Senior Champion, Brandon International in 1975 as well as Grand Champion at Calgary Bull Sale in 1976. Semen is in private storage. Selling 6 vials.

Do not overlook this one. Misty 1Y is out of the junior program at Bell M Farms. Misty 1Y is a polled, deep bodied, smooth made, broody female wrapped in a red package. AR SU LU Massive 3140 daughters just keep getting better as they mature, especially as momma cows. Her dam, Bell M Misty 4W is a full sister to the heifer sold to Peckovers in last year’s sale and is a two time Reserve Champion bred and owned female. Misty 1Y goes back to the numerous time champion Bell M Misty 57P, who has been the foundation female for Russell, and to many top notch Canadian and American genetics. Misty 1Y was bred April 30 to JSF Forever, a Saskvalley Task Force son out of the famed Mr Lovermore 8048 dam.

Here is one of our top bred heifers with a tremendous amount of style and capacity. Her sire ACC General 4U is our senior herd sire and is siring the kind we feel are right. Her brother, sired by General, was the top selling bull this past April in the Sun Country Sale to Sunrise Ranch of Westlock, AB.

A moderate framed, well balanced daughter of Touchdown, the 2009 Canadian National Champion. Our Touchdown heifers have gotten better and better with age, and I think the best is yet to come. The fi rst Touchdown heifers to calve have had fl awless udders, and the dam of 29Y also has a perfect udder. She has given us 3 excellent heifers since we purchased her from Sullivan Farms in Iowa, and this is the reason we have decided to offer this heifer for sale. She also comes from one of the great cow families in the breed, the Augusta Prides. We are planning on fl ushing Red Pride 8016 and after seeing this heifer, we will be fl ushing her to Touchdown for sure. 29Y is a female that should be a great foundation female. She sells bred to Bar Code, our easy calving son of Pheasant Creek Leader 4th x.

Mocha was Owen’s 4-H heifer this past year. He did really well with her by winning Reserve Grand Champion heifer over all breeds at the regional 4-H show in Swift Current. Mocha’s mother is a real deep Saskvalley Bonanza 219M daughter with lots of capacity and a beautiful udder.

A young Ruffi an heifer that will go on to make a top producing female backed by an excellent pedigree. We couldn’t be more pleased with the udders and milk production of the Ruffi an females that are in production here. Her dam is an excellent Buster 14K daugher with a fl awless udder, and has one of our top bull calves this year.

Non asterisk female. This is a long, thick bodied, feminine female with plenty of substance to be an easy fl eshing broody cow. She is out of a Raggedy Ann female we purchased from Garry & Linda Rose at one of the earlier Hill Country sales. Paired up with Gus 15U should make for a powerful female that will work in any herd. We sold a full brother to a commercial breeder last year and we will have this year’s full brother at Agribition as a choice lot (Lot 405).

We are very pleased with the calves by Hill Haven Summit 5X. He is siring masculine, thick males and feminine, broody heifers. Flower has been admired by everyone that has toured our herd.

Only because we have 15 embryos remaining from her dam are we offering this heifer for sale. Kim has always said if we could have 25 females like her dam that would be all that we need!!! Her dam was an excellent producer here until an injury forced us to sell her in 2011. We believe this calf will follow in her dam’s footsteps, and when you see her and her 2 ET sisters in our string this fall, I’m sure you will agree with us.

Peckover Maxine 60Z is a showy, classy heifer calf that I think will have an outstanding future for her new owner. She is very deep with good hind quarters and would fi t in anyone’s show string.

The combination of 2 National Champions! Francy 11W came to us as the high selling heifer calf out of the 2009 Agribition sale. A year later she was crowned National Champion at the 2010 CWA. Her fi rst calf, by JSF Capiche, sold through the Best of Dixon Farms sale last fall to Cole Dodgeson, and has had a great show season. Touchdown had an incredible show career, and has been a consistent sire for numerous operations since. Francy 3Z has the disposition, appeal, and look to make an amazing junior heifer!

Incredible phenotype with a proven pedigree! Maggie 4Z comes from one of our most powerful and successful cow families. Her dam is a combination of the proven Primo bull, and our lead donor Waukaru Maggie 024. The 13X female is maternal sister to our 2012 Agribition Champion Female. DF Diesel 29W was the sire of our 3 high selling calves last fall, and has produced another incredible set of offspring this year. Maggie 4Z has the look, power, and style to win banners, but her pedigree proves that her true value lies as a breeding female.

You won’t fi nd them much thicker than this, and yet she maintains a smooth, feminine front end. We have retained 2 maternal sisters that are exceptional producers. One of whom is the dam to the Diablo 52X bull purchased by Creekside Shorthorns in 2011. This heifer stems from a maternally dominant cow family with the sweetest disposition to boot!

Cherry Mist 9Z has been a favorite here since day 1. She has style to burn and has a super front end along with lots of capacity and natural thickness. Her dam is our thickest and deepest bodied Leroy daughter and we were expecting something very good when we bred her to Timeline. We were not disappointed! Our Cherry Mist cow family has consistently produced some of our best. 9Z also has a great disposition. We decided if we were going to consign to the Agribition sale, that we had to part with one of our very best so...here she is! She will make a great show heifer and an even better front pasture brood cow.

A sweet heifer calf out of the highly regarded Raggedy Ann cow family. We really love the way Perfect Storm is making his calves. He truly is a breed changing sire, adding more muscle and thickness than any sire we have used. This heifer’s dam is a powerhouse, with a beautiful udder and fl awless in her structure.

This Gus 15U daughter very closely resembles the Gus heifer that Munroe Lehne sold at Agribition last year. She is very thick, moderately framed and easy fl eshing. The dam was purchased from Earl McCorriston at a Shorthorn Alliance sale. She is a nice uddered, easy fl eshing, medium framed female that has performed very well. The fi rst Gus 15U females came into production this year and we are very pleased with how they are performing.

We have been building our herd and working toward establishing our program with exciting genetics we feel can impact our industry. For our fi rst offering, we are going to skim from the top and offer you the cream of our crop! This heifer, out of a Little Cedar Aviator son, has been a standout since day one and a favourite to many who have seen her this summer. She is a maternal sister to our Wonita 12W who has done so much for our program. Like her mother and her sisters, this fancy thick heifer will bring home the banners. This cow family has been very successful for us in both the show ring and the calving pen, so don’t let this one slip away!

Here is a genetic combination that may never be offered again. Our Sparkle donor is probably best known as being the dam of Wolf Willow Major Leroy 1M however she has produced many excellent offspring in leading herds around the world. We mated her with the good Leader 6th herdbull at Y Lazy Y Shorthorns, Corvallis, MT. When we saw Leader 6th in stud at Billings a couple years ago, we were very impressed and it was a natural choice to mate him with Sparkle herself. Sparkle is getting older, so the number of opportunities to purchase embryos from her may soon be over. These embryos are exportable to most countries and we will guarantee a minimum pregnancy rate at 70 days of 50% (minimum of 2 pregnancies) provided an experienced embyo technician is used.

Esther 7Z is an extremely well made calf with the style to stand out in the show ring and the breeding to be a great brood cow. The Esther cow family is outstanding. 7Z’s sire now has daughters in production with exceptional udders and very sound conformation. Esther 7Z will excel in any environment.

Six S Leah 55L is the most productive donor we have as she has produced 411 grade 1 embryos so far for us. She has also produced excellent natural calves and each one has been a top seller in our sales. She is the defi nition of easy fl eshing, and is proof that a big cow can be easy fl eshing. You may not be familiar with the bull Saskvalley Lucky Eddy 13X. We purchased Lucky Eddy in the 1988 Agribition sale, and we lost him before we had a chance to breed any cows to him. Fortunately, we had a few doses of semen collected when he died. I think he was one of the best bulls we ever owned and this is one of the last opportunities to purchase his genetics. The combination of Lucky Eddy and Leah can only result in some amazing offspring! These embryos are exportable to most countries and we will guarantee a minimum pregnancy rate at 70 days of 50% (minimum of 2 pregnancies from the 4 embryos). This is a very unique opportunity that you would not want to miss!
