–Combines two California core strengths: Agriculture and Technology
• Action: Develop wireless high capacity broadband infrastructure to serve as the underpinning of an ag tech and new ag cluster
• Action: Tech transfer collaboration between top USDA – DOE California federal labs to serve as innovation source to “prime the pump”
