Please find enclosed an Approval Data sheet which defines the type and scope of a proval for products and/or services you may supply in furtherance of any WHL Contract. If an 'HP-' specification is included in the approval, this is for the manufacture of parts for the WAH-64 UK Apache helicopter, in furtherance, either directly or indirectly, of a Westland order. Processe shall only be performed in accordance with that detailed under the DESCRIPTIONcolumn. 'HP-' specifica ions are the property of Boeing/McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems (MDHS) and authority for the approval s through procedure WHPS 655. This approval letter may be re-issued from time to time to reflect any changes to your tv e and scopes of approval. The approval is at all times conditional upon your company's continued compliance wi h the WHL Purchase Order requirements. During your contract review process please check that the required work identified n the Purchase Order is covered by your scope of approval as parts manufactured outside of your scope cannot e delivered. If any of the details are erroneous, please inform your contact in WHL Procurement as a atter of urgency.
