Psychosocial Rehabilitation teaching independent living, social,and communication skills to members and/or their families tomaximize the member's ability to live and participate in thecommunity and to function independently. Services include but arenot limited to: self-care, household management, social decorum,same-and-opposite sex friendships, avoidance of exploitation,budgeting, recreation, development of social support networks, anduse of community resources.

FFS Provides therapeutic interventions for children and adultssuffering from Bipolar, Depression, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance,

Severe Emotional Disturbance, PTSD, Conduct Disorder, etc.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment support program providedthrough several sessions weekly to tret eating disorders, biolardisorder, self-harm, and chemical dependency.

Family Enrichment Program provides support to members andfamilies with navigating through various social service agencies suchas local school systems, Judicial system, Welfare, Social Security,AHCCCS, Family Support Training, Accessing community resources,Case Management, Referrals and support for Medical and Psychiatriccare.

Youth Services

Primary Care Physician serves as the member's entry point into thehealth care system and as the continuing focal point for all neededhealth care services.

Case Management is a supportive service provided to enhancetreatment goals and effectiveness. Case Managment includescoordination of care within FFS and with outside communitypartners/resources. Services are provided in office or in thecommunity.

L.I.N.K Learning Independence, Nurturing Knowledge. L.I.N.Ksupports the unique needs of members by providing positive, goalcentered, effective services which prepares them to live, work,complete school, and enjoy life to their fullest potential.
