Positive Return For Synergy

After much anticipation The Adelaide Tarmac Rally proved to be a positive return for Synergy Rallysport. After a three and a half year break from the sport the team used the first event of the year as preparation for the remaining rounds. The team were extremely happy with their progress during the day and were able to weed out small issues with the car. After their initial goal of finishing was exceeded they managed a respectable 7th place in the SARC event. The experi-ence allowed the team to gather vital information that was key to the future success in tarmac events. "The car was still 80% set up for gravel so the car was a little unstable and twitchy into corners but still a great test for the car." The new service crew team ‘synergized’ as they moved through every service check in with fluency and precision. The new collabo-ration of Josh and co-driver Kate brought fresh en-ergy to the revitalized team and together they were able to work heavily on their notes and gain confidence helping them find the leading edge and get back up to race pace. The team now turns to Robertstown with the ultimate test on gravel. The car has a rich overseas gravel background and with the next test only a month away the team eagerly awaits the event.
