BD department sells Global Talent Programme to Companies.In short It provides a foreign human resources to companies.

Work liabilities

-Call the companies and take meetings with them-Go meetings-Sell Global Talent Programme to Companies.(It means raise to company)

After selling process i-GIP team manage the next process

-Find at least 3 candidate for a company.-After the company accept the candidate,prepare the documents-Keep in touch with interns all the time-Join arrival of intern-Help to interns all these process ; remove the bukart , applying residence permit ,remove simcard etc.-Taking a tour of Bursa-Call the companies at least in a month,intern at least in 15 days.

P (Project)

• To prepeare PROJECT that perform by AIESEC in Bursa.

• To send abroad strudents who is at university for social responsibility projects that happen 6 weeks.

• To make interview with student before all of duration.• To research some TN for Project in the system.• To help to prepeare some of document for visa.• After finding project, they check all of EPs because of control our

position and life in abroad.

GI (Global Intership)

• To send abroad graduate for intership that happen 3-18 months.• To make interview with graduate before all of duration.• To research some TN for intership in the system.• To arrenge interview from other county’s member for our EPs.• To help to prepeare some of document for visa.• After finding project, they check all of EPs because of control our position and life

in abroad.
