AIESEC in Bahrain operates at two levels: National Member Committee (MC) Local Chapter (LC)

National Team is a 4 full-time team responsible for coordinating activities such as:

Local Chapter is based out of a university (or a group of nearby universities) and itʼs members work voluntarily, and they are responsible for the functional operations of AIESEC:

The AIESECʼs Bahrain Youth to Business Forum is an exciting platform for a special dialogue between representatives of youth and the business world to discuss and explore issues and solutions around topics related to the economy of Bahrain.

At this unique event we frame the conversations with the question, for example:

- How can our energy and experience connect to create innovative solutions for our communities?

With the question, we want to create a space where all delegates and guests can connect and explore the question and how if affects different topics of discussion. Business representatives will do this through keynote and highlighted speakers, interactive workshops, open spaces, and a panel discussion.

From the conversations and workshops, AIESEC in Bahrain hopes to partner with a leading business magazine to publish an article including the major questions that we were asking, and the solutions that we found for the future our society and our Bahrain.

Description:Todayʼs youth is using Social Media to fundamentally change communication. Businesses can no longer control their external communication, but must embrace Social Media to get into a direct and transparent relationship with a diverse customer base. With Social Media businesses can start an open dialogue with their individual customers, who all have different, individual preferences.The workshop will focus on the following questions: How can businesses embrace the Social Media revolution? What does it take to succeed? How can Social Media foster diversity? Can Social Media change the world?

Description:Encouraging and nurturing innovations is an important aspect of DP DHL's strategy. As well as developing new technologies for tomorrow's world, being innovative also involves combining existing approaches and solutions and exploit ing these more effectively in the marketplace.Deutsche Post DHL offers a huge potential for innovation, as the leading logistic company in the world.Being the first one in the industry to have a Solutions and Innovations unit, we aim to expoit this potential and translate it in cross-divisional integrated solutions, that can lead to better and faster services.

Workshop Title: “Innovation to the Core”

Description:The sustainable Finance workshop will provide the delegates with an unique experience together with the Global Information Leader in PwC.By exploring the topics of financial sustainability in the current economical context, the delegates will discover out of the box ways to build a healthy financial system in their organization. One of the main objectives of the session is for the delegates to understand how sustainable finance can create immense value out of limited resources.

The Impact of Youth To BusinessBy joining the core team and co-organizing Bahrain Youth to Business Forum, Bapco will work with talented young leaders, who are really passionate to make this forum a remarkable experience for youth in the country and business leaders.

Bahrain Youth to Business Forum is targeting 400 university students from different educational backgrounds. The estimated budget for the forum is 12,000 BD.
