Preface!!Hey AIESEC Singapore!!!As we are drawing closer to to our mid-term milestone, let us celebrate our successes and recognize the people who have helped make it possible. !!In light of that, two awards – Microsoft Inspiring Leader and Microsoft Local Contribution award will be awarded to deserving individuals during our upcoming Gala Dinner evening at the National Leadership Development Conference (NLDC).!!I would encourage you to take this opportunity to apply or nominate deserving individuals in your LC. Microsoft Inspiring Leader Award !

“To recognize outstanding leaders who have contributed to the

promise of AIESEC through their commitment and leadership.”

!!Factors for Consideration:!!1.  Awardee must currently be in a TLP role in LC or

National level (i.e, LCP, LC VP, AVP, OCP, etc)!2.  Awardee must have displayed outstanding

leadership in leading the team to achieve the team’s objectives and Measures of Success!

3.  Awardee must have engaged a highly motivated team and actively contributed to the learning of his/her members!

!Application Details:!!1.  Awardee can either apply or be nominated by

others!2.  For each nomination or application, a minimum of 2

to a maximum of 5 endorsements will be needed!3.  Endorsement can be from (i) the team the awardee

have led OR (ii) LC EB !!!!!

the development of the LC through their commitment and

drive.”

!!Factors for Consideration:!!1.  Awardee must currently be in a TMP role in the LC!2.  Awardee must have displayed active contribution

the team to achieve the team’s objectives and Measures of Success!

3.  Awardee must participate and be engaged at the LC level (i.e, Induction Camp, LCM/LGM, etc)!

1.  Deadline for all applications, nominations or endorsements must be submitted by 1 December 2013, 2359 hr!2.  Submissions that are incomplete and/or late submission will not be accepted!3.  Each nomination or application received will also be cross checked with the LC TM and the relevant LC EB
