Congratulations! If you are reading this means that you are looking for a challenging, life changing OC experience!
This 2014 is a very special year for AIESEC SZU. We complete 5 years providing life changing experiences to
Shenzhen youth.
It's the first time we celebrate anniversay formally, it will be a huge challenge for all of us. That's why we need the
most passionated, committed AIESECers who are willing to create an impact by the pure act of hard-working. On
return, I promise you the experience of a lifetime, an incredible learning journey, team experience and self
development.
This project will help us AIESEC SZU to show the relevance it has had along its history developing youth butspecially the relevance it has nowadays. Now more than ever young people need an organisation like ours. We can
help them to dream, and have hope again that there's an incredible future for them.
We are going to celebrate these 5 years in a memorable gala with our alumni, If you want to be part of this
celebration , work together with alumni, companies and passionate AIESECers, this is your chance to make a
difference.
I encourage you to be part of this incredible challenge that is the 5th anniversary project.

OC Work Timeline: 23th July - 10th September
Notice that every position has a diferent workloads. It's expected to have more workload during Auguest and
September.
After the event the team will continue working to close the project and capitalize on it.
IMPORTANT!! The OC team will have a planning/team meeting in 23th July. Please make your time.

OC venue&logisticRole Overall responsible to provide the logistics needs for: venue, food, drinks, welcome pack,session materials.
Responsibilities
Venue settlement , logistics planning and tracking
Research and decide together with OC Finance the options for the logistics
needs
Ensure an appropriate location to attend all the needs for the agenda and
delegates, food, and delegates needs.
Coordinate logistics needs from all areas
Create a memory for logistics after the event

OC designRole Responsible for the creation of the graphic materials and designsfor the project.
Responsibilities
Preparing and designing all sort of materials for the anniversary, including the
logo, booklet, agenda, backdrop design, souvenirs and table menu etc.
Coordinate with OC logistic with material transportation and decorations.
Plan the needs for materials with the OC team.
Edit videos for the promotion of the proyect: within AIESEC, among alumni and
external market.
Support OC sponsor in the creation of materials for their sales.
Create a video memory of the project.

OC delegate serviceRole Ensure the assistance of the targeted public among: youth, alumni, providing a high qualityexperience
Responsibilities
Communicate all the important details of the conference to the delegates
Manage the delegates registrations and payment with VP Finance
Manage the receptionand control the flow of people in the venue
Create the strategy to ensure a high quality experience for the delegates
Coordinate the logisitcs for speakers: acommodation, transportation, etc.
Define and coordinate the team of day OC
Ensure the follow up with all delegates: thank you, photos, etc.

Create and the budget together with VP Finance and OC.
Track and control the cashflow of the event.

Hold the fixed assets and money of the event.
