If delegates want to change your conference date (from Full to Half or

Half to Full), please contact:

+ cc OCIP leader in your LC (announce later) through email

Your cancellation is only get approval when you receive official

confirmation of OC Internal Promotion & Delegation and OCIP in

your LC through email by 17th June, 2014.

After the confirmation, you will submit (receive) your conference fee

through OCIP.

For International Delegates

If delegates want to change your conference date (from Full to Half or

Half to Full), please contact:

confirmation of OC Internal Promotion & Delegation through email

by 21st June, 2014.

After the confirmation, you will submit (receive) your conference fee on the

first date of the Conference by Lam Tran - OC Finance and Logistics.


CANCELLATION RULE

For Local delegates (AIESECers in Vietnam)

- Cancellation will be accepted and delegation fee will be paid (100% fee repaid) if registration is cancelled before 10th June, 2014.

- Cancellation will be accepted and delegation fee will be paid a half (50% fee repaid) if registration is cancelled from 10th June, 2014 to 17th June, 2014.

- Cancellation will not be accepted and delegation fee will not be paid full (no fee repaid) if registration is cancelled after 17th June, 2014.

Your cancellation is only counted when you receive official confirmation

of OC Internal Promotion & Delegation by email.

We are not responsible for missing cancellation or any technical problems

from your side.

If after 3 days, the confirmation email hasn’t reached you, please contact

Phat directly by phone.

*** If for some reasons you have to cancel your registration and are able

to find another person to substitute your place, you have to inform:

+ Phat - OC Internal Promotion & Delegation

+ cc OCIP leader in your LC (announce later) and cc the person who will

substitute you through the mail

Your request only gets approval if we receive confirmation from OCIP in

your LC and the person who will substitute you.

For International Delegates

- Cancellation will be accepted and delegation fee will be paid (100% fee repaid) if registration is cancelled before 14th June, 2014.

- Cancellation will be accepted and delegation fee will be paid a half (50% fee repaid) if registration is cancelled from 15th June, 2014 to 21st June, 2014.

- Cancellation will not be accepted and delegation fee will not be paid full (no fee repaid) if registration is cancelled after 21st June, 2014.

Although you will pay the fee on the first date of the Conference, your

cancelation must be strictly followed the above diagram

In case you do not pay the cancellation fee, it will be billed to your LC’s account invoice for the Conference. OC will cooperate with LCVP (MCVP) Finance in each country to collect the fee.
