Program. 250+ corporate Heads from companies of various sectors train.

KIT/KITP students as per the requirements mentioned in Job Descriptions

collated from 300+ companies. Moreover the Aptitude Tests, GD Topics,

Interview Questions are designed by our team of experts from Training Industry

under guidance by Corporate Heads. Students are trained initially by Aptitude

Training experts on basic level of aptitude Skills which are required in general.

Once the basic & general level of training is completed, we train our students on

domain specific aptitude skills based on the requirements of various Job Profiles.

Corporate Heads who themselves will be

hiring the students during Final Placement

process, visit KIT/KITP and conduct Aptitude

Tests, Mock GDs and Mock PIs. Each student

undergoes minimum 10 mock GDs, PIs and

Aptitude Tests for a particular job profile, for

their respective Video Recordings after each

GD and Interview which leads to continuous

At KIT/KITP students are required to put in

14-16 hours of dedication & hard-work daily

into academics, exercises and extracurricular

activities.

WHY?

KIT/KITP can't work with students and

develop them, if they are irregular with the

program. So to maintain continuity in the

development process, students are not

supposed to take leaves unless in case of

severe health problems and unforeseen

emergencies. Minimum 75% attendance is

mandatory and remaining 25% attendance

can be used for emergency leaves. If for any

semester, attendance is below 75%, students

will not be allowed to appear in the

examination. If it is found that any student's

performance is lagging and he/she has not

attained required level of confidence and skill

objective to build stamina and character of

college level. Students take ownership in all

operational part. They have built the sports

initiated various athletic activities for the

entire batch.


MUSIC CLUB

KIT/KITP Music Club is engaged in

learning and practicing music at the

Institute. KIT/KITP students are

trained under the able guidance of

professional musicians. Music Club

members arrange for guitar, drums,

keyboard etc. Classes and music

events at both intra and inter college

level are organised. The society

promotes subsidized workshop for

music learning in under-grad

dance as well as choreography and conducting

SOCIETY

KIT/KITP Rural development society is

responsible for visiting several villages and

researching the government driven

developmental activities being carried out

there. The objective of the society is to

understand the management at grass root

level.

In addition to research, the society is also

required to part ic ipate in var ious

developmental projects of villages visited and

studied. Recently Rural Development society

visited Maharajpur village, near Kanpur and

did an inspection of education system. The

society also prepared a development plan for

improving the education for children and

women in the village.

The purpose of CyberSrishti Society is to

develop a sense of high learning along with

high skills among the students in our

research based college. The high

standards can be implemented at our

It's been years but still it feels as if I am still a student of KIT. The fond memories and alluring environment of the college always remind me of my student life. Admission to M.Tech. MBA, MCA, B.Tech, B.Pharm, D.Pharm will be done through the score of

UP State Entrance Examination and JEE Main. However, any vacant seat will be filled directly by

college on the basis of merit in qualifying examination/ On the spot aptitude test. Through the
