Bubble Sheet

We make use of low-density polyethylene to

manufacture Bubble Wrap that is used to pack

products that have shaped irregularly or are quite

fragile in nature. This flexible and light packaging

material renders excellent surface protection to the

material being packed and readily absorbs impact,

thereby making sure shocks do not have any

adverse effects on the material. It also finds

application in filling voids when material having

movable parts are being packed.

Having 10mm bubble diameter and 8150 nos./sq bubble density, our Bubble Sheet is a flexible and lightweight packing material that can be easily carried, dispended, stored and displayed. It can protect the goods packed in it from the ill effects of moisture and dust and is heavily used for jobs that require frequent packing and unpacking of material. Some of its basic properties are as follows: Water Absorption - 0.02% after 24 hrs Service Temperature - 8o C to +60o C Transparency - 90% Tensile Elongation at break - More than 200% Bursting Strength - More than 2500kg./cm cu Chemical Resistance Excellent Thermal Conductivity - Very Low

exceptional cushioning. We offer this product in the form of a roll having varying lengths and gauge
