Neoprene Aero-Casters

Fixed-Mount 21-inch Neoprene model

The most popular model. Used in over 80% of applications, Standard Neoprene series Aero-Casters perform to specification with virtually no wear. Best for low pressure and low-load applications. This models high compliance torus bag design provides the lowest air consump-tion of the series. Heavy Duty Neoprene is reinforced with standard seal coating is advisable for added surface wear resistance.

Urethane Aero-Casters

Severe abrasion conditions? Then the Urethane Aero-Caster may be the appropriate choice. 10% of all applications may require this Aero-Caster series for their superior resistance to severe abrasion and use for loads exceeding the Neoprene specifications. The Urethane model is less forgiving of low-load/low pressure conditions & slightly higher air consumption than the Tuffcoat series, it does provide better resistance to abrasion. Typical Applications: Used in applications with frequent or long moves, rough floors or with some debris or concrete dust.

Gapmaster Aero-Casters

Gapmaster section - Close-up Need to cross gaps, steps or slightly porous surfaces? The Gapmaster allows Aero-Caster operation in unusual environments. Increased friction and lower load range than other models. Typical Applications: Originally developed for theater applications to move stage sets and theater seating, the Gapmaster can also be effective in cleanrooms, autoclaves; moving dies over t-slots; moving loads into and out of elevators or onto flush mount scales, lift tables and pit covers.

Tuffcoat Aero-Casters

Up to 10% of applications may require Tuffcoat Aero-Casters to provide significant abrasion resistance and greater value on surfaces with irregularities and/or gritty conditions. Slightly less forgiving of low-load/pressure conditions and also slightly higher air consumption than the Neoprene series due to stiffer torus design. This series is essentially a Neoprene face reinforced with a special AeroGo wear-resistant coating. Typical Application: Surfaces that are rougher then normal for Neoprene Aero-Casters, or for more frequent or longer movement of heavy loads are ideal for a Tuffcoat Aero-Caster.

DuraGlide Aero-Casters

Fixed-Mount 21-inch DuraGlide model

For high travel rates and/or surfaces difficult to keep clear of debris the DuraGlide is the ideal choice. Subjected to the most extensive laboratory & special on-site testing of any air-film caster in the world it offers extra-long life and proven rugged durability. Provides lower lift than the Neoprene, Tuffcoat & Urethane, so it is less suitable for lift-dependent applications (e.g. insert-lift-move skids). Typical Application: Designed specifically for the Modular Home Assembly industry. Dual-caster Load Beams are fitted with this model and perform 8-15 Ton home moves in 30 minute cycles, 170m per day.

Water Casters

60-inch Water Caster

Extraordinary strength & durability. Used around the world to lift & move loads over 6,000 tons! For the largest mega-heavy loads, AeroGo developed this super-duty caster using water instead of air as the fluid film for higher capacity & lower operating cost. Proprietary Durolon operating face developed exclusively by AeroGo to provide the best in strength & low friction. Fresh & salt water models available. Typical Applications: Mega-ton Cassions, Prefab Concrete, Ship Building/Marine, and many other outdoor moving applications.

Slide-Mount versions are extremely popular due to their added ease of maintenance.
