by wear and tear. High quality oil

f i l t rat ion extends the service l i fe of

rotors, bearings and other moving parts.

Thermostatic Control ValveDesigned specifically for high ambient temperature and high humidity, this valve ensures

the machine reaches optimum working temperature quickly. Oil temperature is also

carefully controlled to maintain viscosity and prevent emulsification, thus ensuring long

life of all working parts.

Efficient Cooling SystemUtilising production methods and design from West Germany the cooling system was designed to provide sustainable and efficient

operation in high temperature high humidity environments such as Asia Australia and Africa. The new cross—exchange cooler not

only increases exchange capacity by 10% but also is designed to resist chemical damage.

Air/Oil SeparatorScrew on design of this separator allows for efficient servicing. The separator wil l remove oil particles from the air down to a

ratio of 1—2 parts per mil l ion. Eff icient separation means post—treatment of air w i l l be economical. Cleaner air means low

maintenance costs on pneumatic equipment.

MotorWorld—class electric motor features Grade F insulation and IP54 protection. Bearings are SKF.

Loading HeadThis newly designed and improved intake controll system ensures economic control and protection of the screw. The control

system has been redesigned to be simpler and more reliable. Many unnecessary parts have been removed. The air intake f i l ter

eliminates dust and other harmful particles that may cause premature wearing of the machine. Upon startup of the machine, the

control system wil l close the intake valve reducing start—up load. Shut down procedure wil l release pressure from the oil reservoir

and prevent lubricant leakage. The new design has resulted in reduced air intake noise.
