AIR INIDA Stopovers To facilitate Air India passengers transiting through T3 (Terminal 3) and in order to offer a value addition, we have introduced a unique product called Air India Stopover Packages. The passengers connect Air India’s domestic/international network on inbound/outbound flights. In many cases this connectivity may not be seamless, requiring either overnight stay or long hours at the Airport, or a passenger may like to avail of a stopover facility. The packages are very convenient to book and the highlights of the product will be: A link is provided on Air India website www.airindia.in The booking engine will allow passengers to complete the reservation process within 5 easy steps. It will manage all information about the hotels, including the availability of rooms, applicable room rates and reservation requests. The Hotel confirmation voucher will be generated by the AI STOPOVERS website indicating name of the hotel, contact person and important telephone numbers. This voucher will be handed over by the customer to the Hotel, in exchange for which, services as detailed in the confirmation voucher will be provided by the hotels to the customer. The Stopover offers: o Hotels in the Airport Zone – new Delhi o Hotels from different price brackets (budget, 3, 4 and 5*) o Overnight stay rates inclusive of taxes Passengers will be required to provide Air India PNR/Booking reference as mandatory fields in the booking form to ensure that the facility can only be availed by Air India passengers. Booking will be cancelled and applicable cancellation penalty will be charged if PNR is found invalid Passengers will need to pay upfront on the website for the hotel booking Passenger will have to agree to the terms and conditions mentioned on the website before completing the booking The Stopover will only be available for transit over Delhi. Mumbai will be included at a later stage.
