    Daniel Chang is an Air Quality Control Engineer for

    Black & Veatch Energy. His experience on AQCS

    implementation projects encompasses AQCS

    planning studies, preliminary engineering,

    equipment specification and purchase, process

    design review and implementation, and start-

    up/commissioning/performance testing. In 2009-

    2010, he was a field engineer involved in the start-

    up and commissioning of a Wet FGD system in Ohio.

    Daniel was also involved in the emissions and

    performance testing program during thecommissioning of PLNs Tanjung Jati B Units 3 and 4

    in 2011. He is currently serving as the AQC Engineer

    for 3 major AQC retrofit projects in the USA.
