Dlylc63-2, SA{: 17484. All wheel bearings were removed, cleaned, inspected, greased

and reinstalled. Replaced compass light P,A,l: GE 327. Cleaned switch for the overhead

right light for proper operation Removed, cleaned, inspected, re-oiled and reinstalled air

tilter. Tightened and safetied oil dipstick tube. Cleaned, inspected, and replaced o-rings

on the fgil gascolator, Installed cooling engine baftle with larger inlet on the #l cylinder

P/N:D41-7166-11-00/1. Cornplied with OSB40-022, in accordance with WI-OSB40-22,

installed the essential tie relay bypass diode. Replaced pitot head unit P,A{: DA4-3417-

At this time the engine was opened, cleaned, and inspected in accordance with a 25- hour

new aircraft inspection per Textron-Lycoming and Diamond Aircraft Maintenance

Manuals. The compression rvas taken with the following results: #l'78180, #2- 79180' #3'

78180,#4- 77180. Removed, cleaned, inspected, tested and reinstalled all spark plugs. The

engine oil was drained and the filter was opened and inspected. No defects noted at this

ri;e. The engine was serviced with eight quarts of Phillip 66 20W50 Type M oil and a new

oil filter. CH 48110, was installed. The engine was washed and ran. No leaks noted at this

tirne. AD 93-02-05, effective 06ll4193, on fuel injector lines, rvas complied with per

Textron-Lycoming S.B. 342D,the next compliance is due in 100 hours (T.T.124.2 Hrs.) or

whenever it're tinei are moved or loosened. Washed and ran engine -- no leaks noted at this

time. t ceftiry that this engine was inspected in accordance with a 25' hour new aircraft
